Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from the date of our invoice.
We accept orders using MasterCard, VISA or a purchase order number. To order and pay by credit card please provide the full credit card number, expiration date and CVV number, without which orders cannot be processed.
The following discounts are applied automatically according to order value* and only to orders placed directly with Jackson ImmunoResearch Europe Ltd.

We offer a 20% discount on the first order received from educational institutions. If the initial order is over $2,000, the discount increases to 25%. All packages are thoroughly checked before shipping to contain all of the items indicated on the Delivery Note. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported directly to Jackson ImmunoResearch within 5 days of the receipt of the order, and refer to:
All claims associated with damaged packaging must be reported immediately to the local courier and to Jackson ImmunoResearch Europe Ltd. Please retain all packaging and product evidence.
All requests to return product(s) must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. For products returned due to customer ordering errors we reserve the right to apply handling and/or restocking charges. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please do not take any action to return products without prior authorization.
We do not offer sample sizes of products. Please contact Technical Service email@example.com if you have questions on product selection or usage prior to purchase.
We manufacture and supply most standard inventory secondary antibodies in bulk volumes upon request. Contact customer service for a bulk inquiry.
